入院患者だったひきこもりの青年・古守にとって、唯一優しい笑顔を向けてくれたのが看護師の陽菜だった。陽菜の姿を追い続けていた古守だったが、ある日、病院内でZ化が蔓延し陽菜も犠牲になってしまう。Z化した陽菜を監禁し、妄信的な愛と犠牲を捧げる古守だったが、残された写真から生前の陽菜が院内の医師と不倫関係だったと思い至ってしまう。ショックから古守は自らの手で陽菜を…。。one of the craziest road movie ever made!
