CYST is an old school monster movie in which an enthusiastic plastic surgeon will stop at nothing to patent his latest cyst-removal machine. What started out as Patricia (Eva Habermann) the nurse’s last day turns into a battle for survival when the doctor’s machine inadvertently turns a patient’s tumour into a cyst-monster that terrorizes the office.。为了求取真经，历经了千难万险，唐僧、悟空、八戒、沙僧终于来到了西天圣殿。佛祖送给唐僧一只神奇的密码箱，另赠铁靴一双，叮嘱：必须踏破铁靴，才能开箱。俗话说：天上一日，世上千年。师徒四人返回地面，已是一千五百多年后的现代……于是，围绕着密码箱，在唐僧师徒返回东土的途中，展开了一系列紧张、惊险、幽默、有趣的故事。。对头上插着汤匙，与外界交流的娜恩（辛衍抒）一见钟情的万年无游民业石民（白瑞斌），偶然间知道了娜恩的秘密，虽然离她很近，但娜恩马上要回自己的星球。不能就这样离开！石民为了追上娜恩，举办了特别活动……！。
