A news reporter provides some backstory as she interviews the cat's owner, an animal handler who do...。抗战期间，一座小城的肉店中，毒贩子李步云、流氓刘殿元、兵痞潘岐山等一帮恶棍奉日军司令山本之命，秘密筹划成立汉奸组织维持会。几人为了争油水明争暗斗，山本只得派来警察局长杨克成以加强控制，杨却是个不折不扣的草包。刘殿元和潘岐山弄来一批军火想卖给城外的买主，消息却被李步云得知，双方为利益引起火拼。你死我活之际潘岐山跑来报信，军火的买主竟然是游击队。枪声大作，恶棍们纷纷躲入地下室，却被游击队员们用其贩卖的手榴弹炸得尸骨无存。。
