This film takes place in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Matic lives in a large neighbourhood of concrete blocks of flats with his mother. As his father is temporarily working in Libya, they live alone. Matic's otherwise monotonous life changes dramatically when he is chosen to feature in a film. At the shooting he meets Milena, a girl his own age whom he begins to like. Wh...。近河县各界人民代表会义上，一区和三区的代表都带来了修建砖坝的提案，但县里的经费不够。为了顾全整个国家的利益，三区代表金庆撤回了提案，但引起了三区群众的不满。夏天河水上涨，一区群众协助三区抢险，让三区群众认识到一区修砖坝的重要性。一年后人民政府决定在上游修筑水道，给三区修水闸，从此水患变成水利，增产丰收有保证了。。
