2007年、いじめを受けて自杀した「池谷花子」の亡霊という设定になっている。静冈県小山町と奥多摩でロケが行われた。。一对住在东京近郊山村的父女，过着恬静简单、顺应自然的平凡日子，直到村里盛传有开发商要将森林打造成豪华露营区，希望能让居住在市区的男男女女有个可以逃离无聊日常的后花园。而这个为大家好的计划看似能为村人带来经济效益，却会破坏山林的生态环境，更将打乱居民的生活...。The 'Owner House' has been vacant for several years because of its very dark history but with the recent series of murders it has been taken to the next level. A family who just moved in has been murdered causing the curiosity of a group of friends to get the best of them. Deciding to break in and investigate with hand held cameras, would be the worst decision of their fun fill...。
