本片是《从地心窜出》系列的前传，前三集中肆虐人间的巨型怪物最早出现在此，位于内华达的一座盛产银矿的小镇，由于矿工纷纷离奇死亡，很快就成为空城，具有贵族身分的加默拥有当地的采矿权，雇用了外籍佣兵凯利来和这群怪物打交道，以免断了自己的财路，不过在镇上肆虐的并非人类，加默和镇上幸存的镇民必须全副武装，以和这些巨型怪物開始了正面对决...。Spiraling out after a bad breakup, Wes ends up at a remote rest stop miles away from civilization. His situation worsens after he finds himself locked inside the bathroom with a mysterious figure speaking to him from an adjacent stall. As Wes tries to escape, he realizes he is an unwilling player in a situation bigger and more terrible than he could possibly imagine.。
