兴洪与妹妹从缅甸偷渡至泰国边境，妹妹却被人口贩子拐走。来到曼谷後当导游助理的兴洪，却遇上洪水成灾而生意惨淡，他决定重返边境贩卖毒品原料盼能赚钱赎回妹妹。缅甸女子三妹为了得到台湾身份证替人蛇集团工作，一心梦想着新生活的她，带走兴洪的妹妹完成了贩运人口的任务，但身份证却仍遥遥无期……。To the outside world looking in, Jack's not well.
